SERVICES

Personal Training

Individual and small group sessions that are designed to work the major muscle groups. Focus on education + form in your 1:1 or 2:1 session.

Nutrition

1 hour of exercise per day cannot reverse the other 23 hours of bad habits. What happens in the kitchen doesn’t always stay in the kitchen!

Let’s build a plan that will bring you success in all aspects, based on foods you choose!

Hybrid Training

One in person session weekly or bi-weekly, with online programming to do independently. You receive all of the benefits of in person training, with all of the flexibility of online training!

This is for clients who feel comfortable being more independent!

Online Training

Sometimes all you need is the instruction manual. Let me design you a video-guided exercise program to do on your own time, from anywhere you want!
